Liz Elegant Travel (LET) is looking for hard working people to join our LET Group/Team Leader's Incentive Travel organization. What is Incentive Travel? Travel offered as a reward for excellent performance and the business that develops, markets and operates these programs.LET have a great incentive program. Our Group/Team Leaders have the opportunity to be rewarded with trips/cash as well as Cruise rewards. Once you have read the policies and procedures for the LET Group/Team Leadership program and you want to be come a LET Team Leader, complete the form below.  Once we receive your completed Group/Team Leader Registration Form, we will contact you with additional informationWhether you are looking for an exciting destination to host your annual conference or need a way to reward your employees for a job well done. Our Group/Team Leaders have the opportunity to be rewarded with trips/cash as well as Cruise rewards. ALL PAID CRUISE

Group Policy & Procedures

Group Leaders are required to confirm their reservations with an application and deposit for the specific cabin category desired.

Group Leaders are required to make monthly payments as outlined for their respective cruise. Once you have reached the required number of group members for a complimentary passenger fare, you will be refunded the cruise fare only, based on the average category booked by your members. Group Leaders may upgrade their cabin category for an additional charge (if applicable).

Separate groups cannot be merged for any reason. Repeat passengers that were not members of your group in previous years cannot be members of your current group.

Repeat passengers that originally sailed as members of your group may continue to be members of your current group. Repeat passengers may form their own groups.   However, as a courtesy, please inform your previous Group Leader that you are forming a group of your own.

Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.  No cabins will be held without a deposit.  If you are not using the provided website, photocopies of the application are acceptable. You must put your name and Group Leader number on all brochures prior to distribution.

 

Elegant Liz Travels will keep track of your group by your name and number. You will be assigned a number by one of our reservation agents. Prior to sailing, we will send you a summary of the confirmed members in your group.  We ask that Group/Team Leaders also keep track of the names and number of members in their group. This will serve as a cross check.

 

After reading the Policy & Procedures of becoming a Group/Team Leader, and your interested in becoming a Group/Team Leader, Please complete and return the Group/Team Leader Registration Form, email or mail.  Once you submit a Group/Team Leader Registration Form, you are acknowledging that you will adhere to the Liz Elegant Travel Group Program Policies and Procedures.  When your form is processed, you will be assigned a Group Leader Identification Number.

Again, Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.  NO CABINS WILL BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.

Please inform your group members that your full name or group number MUST ACCOMPANY their reservations during the initial registration process in order for you to receive credit.

INCENTIVE PROGRAM

RETREATS

GROUP CONSISTS OF A MINIMUM OF 12 - 15 FULL PAID HOTEL ROOMS OR 24 - 30 PEOPLE.

THE INCENTIVE:

ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY OCEAN VIEW CABIN FOR YOU AND ONE GUEST ON CARNIVAL'S "INSPIRATION"  CRUISE SHIP, Date to be arranged.

NOTE: AIR TRAVEL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INCENTIVE.

A GROUP CONSISTING OF A MINIMUM OF 8 - 11 FULL PAID HOTEL ROOMS OR 16 - 20 PEOPLE,

 

THE INCENTIVE:

(ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY WEEKEND FOR TWO (2) AT THE DAYS IN HARBOR VIEW HOTEL IN SAN DIEGO, CA.

NOTE:   AIR TRAVEL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INCENTIVE.

 

A GROUP CONSISTS OF A MINIMUM OF 5 - 7 FULL PAID HOTEL ROOMS OR 10 - 14 PEOPLE

 

THE INCENTIVE:

ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY GOURMET LUNCH FOR TWO (2) ABOARD THE NAPA VALLEY WINE TRAIN.

NOTE: AIR TRAVEL OR ANY OTHER TRANSPORTATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INCENTIVE.

CRUISE

​

A GROUP CONSISTS OF A MINIMUM OF 16 (SIXTEEN) FULL PAYING PASSENGERS, OR 8 CABINS. THE THIRD AND FOURTH PERSON(S) IN THE SAME CABIN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE CALCULATIONS.

 

FOR THE INCENTIVE. NOTE:  AIR TRAVEL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE INCENTIVE.  THE GROUP LEADER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING HIS/HER OWN AIRFARE, PORT CHARGES, TAXES AND GRATUITIES

 

Incentive awards are as follows:

16 passengers - One complimentary passenger cabin  fare minus Tax & Port Charge.

32 passengers - Two complimentary passenger cabin  fares minus Tax & Port Charge.

48 Passengers - Three complimentary passenger cabin fares minus Tax & Port Charge.

64 Passengers - Four complimentary passenger cabin  fares minus Tax & Port Charge.*

 

*A maximum of four complimentary passenger fares can be earned.  (NO REBATE IS GIVEN FOR PARTIAL GROUPS I.E. 15 FULL PAYING PASSENGERS EC.)

Group Leaders are required to confirm their reservations with an application and deposit for the specific cabin category desired.  Once you have reached the required number of group members for a complimentary incentive program or passenger fare, you will be given necessary information on the cruise, Days Inn and Napa Valley.  You will also be refunded the cruise fare only, based on the average category booked by your members.

Group/Team Leaders may upgrade their cabin category for an additional charge (if applicable).

COMMON QUESTIONS

How many free cabins/rooms can I earn?

Trips are priced differently so it depends on the number of people traveling in the group. Normally tours include 1 free trip earned for each 16 fully paid passengers. There are times however that you can earn a free cruise with as little as 5 couples with luxury cruise lines. You can give the 'free'  cabins to other passengers who can help you promote the cruise or 'sell' the free trip as a fundraiser for your organization, or use it for personal travel. (See Incentive )

 

Will I get a better price if I go direct with the cruise line?

No. Our rates are the same or at times even better than the cruise line if we held the space several months in advance, and you often get extras such as on board credits, a bottle of wine or a complimentary shore excursion.

 

What is my primary responsibility as a "Group/Team Leader"?

As a group/team leader your responsibility is to gather people who will go on the selected cruise or tour. Then you serve as a contact for the group to arrange correspondence, document delivery addresses, etc. By promoting the tour or cruise you would typically earn your trip for free, depending on the amount of people traveling. You are not responsible for any accounting or calling in payments -  we handle all of that for you.

What tools do we provide you with to assist you in promoting the group?

A personalized web page exclusive to your group, online payment processing for all group members and customized fliers are just the few of the things we can do to assist you in getting the word out.

 

Do you provide custom itineraries?

Yes. If you want to plan a few extra days before or after your cruise and arrange private tours, we would be happy to arrange that for you.

 

How much of a deposit do we have to place on our trip?

For cruises, It depends on the cruise often as little as $50 pp will get you started, and the rest is set up on a convenient payment plan.

 

How do we make reservations?

The group department will answer all booking related calls, and each traveler can book online and log into their profile at anytime to make updates or payments.

 

Can the group have a private party or event on board?

Absolutely! Many ships have meeting rooms at no extra charge. Cocktail parties, ice carvings and even private concerts can be arranged. However, there is  a minimum amount of guest required.   Please let us know if your group has any special requests such as a meeting place, group picture, private party arrangements, etc.

 

How do we make arrangements to dine together?

Elegant Liz Travels will supply Group/Team Leaders with forms for dinner table seating. The responsibility of seating during dining is that of the Group/Team Leader to check with your group members individually regarding their dining requests/preference.
