Whether you're looking to splurge on a once-in-a-lifetime getaway or take a trip without breaking the bank, there's a destination and hotel (or several!) for all budgets.  We will negotiate and lock in the best group hotel, resort or cruise rate based on availability;

We will create a website for the event on Liz Elegant Travel website identifying your event as one that is sponsored by you.  We will manage the website with the booking information; including how to make payments, payment deadlines, hotel details, etc. 

 

Payments and Statements:

 

Liz Elegant Travel will collect all payments from each guest via online payment by credit card or/and allow guests to mail payments.  We will provide an account to each guest where they can receive balance updates & receipts coordinate the round-trip airport transfers for each guest that book their hotel accommodations with Liz Elegant Travel; send the registered guests payment reminders and details on their hotel accommodations; provide you with group updates of your registered and deposited guests.

 

Special Services:

 

We will book your group's flight if there are 10 or more people flying from the same city, otherwise, each person is responsible for booking their own flight.

 

Assist with any group excursions suggest/provide mementos for your guests including t-shirts,  beach bags, travel bags and other items.
