Terms & Conditions

Cruise and Package Prices - All prices are per person, in US Dollars, and are subject to change, without notice, by currency fluctuation, hotels or airlines rates changes, or increase in operational costs, until the total amount is received by Liz Elegant Travel.

 

Airfare - The airfare for all packages may not be guaranteed with regard to price or availability until paid in full. Times, flights and fares are based on current rates at time of ticketing.  These may change without notice.  Every effort will be made to obtain the best fares and schedule available.

 

Exclusions - Prices do not include transfers, drinks, meals, gratuities and insurance, except where otherwise noted by "included".  Nor do they include telephone calls, other personal or incidental items or any other features not listed above.

 

Reservations & Deposit - A deposit is required to book any cruise or package.  The deposit amount varies based on the suppliers policies.  A first deposit list on the website along with a completed registration form is required for all new reservations.  After you make your first deposit, you are required to make monthly deposits or your booking may be cancelled for abandonment of reservation.  All previous payments will be forfeited.  If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation and cannot make a monthly payment please email us immediately so we will know not to cancel your reservation.  Please know it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/travel mate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments.  We can provide roommate  account  summaries upon request.  All payments to Elegant Liz Travels are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Please be sure you will attend  event before submitting payment.  This is because Elegant Liz Travels has contractual agreements with the travel industries, hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.  This way we can keep our package price low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

 

Final Payment - Full payment is due 45 - 70 days prior to date of departure in accordance with the supplier's policies.  All packages are subject to price and availability changes until paid in full.  All final payment dates are clearly noted on the website of the event you have selected.  It is your responsibility to be sure payments arrive to us on or before that date.  All late payments will require a late fee of $50.  If you are paying late, you must send your request by email and give us the date you will make your late payment.  If you fail to make your final payment by the final payment date, your reservation will automatically cancel and all previous deposits will forfeit.  If you see a travel event you would like to participate in you can make your first payment at anytime even if it is in the middle of a payment schedule, providing that space is still available.

 

Forms of Payment - Cash, check(s) and all major credit cards are accepted.  All returned checks are subject to a $50.00 service charge.

 

Revisions and Cancellations - In the event you need to change your travel plans after booking, certain restrictions may apply.  Revision, cancellation and refund policies vary in accordance with the supplier's policies.  In addition, we reserve the right to charge your initial deposit as an administrative fee.

 

Travel Insurance - Liz Elegant Travel strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance.  Please inquire as to cost and coverage at time of booking.

 

Tickets and Vouchers - Travel documents will be mailed to you two to three weeks prior to departure.  If expedited delivery of documents is necessary, additional charges will be incurred by passenger.  If reservations are made less than 45 days prior to departure, documents will be mailed upon receipt of full payment, but in no event earlier than 30 days prior to departure.  For reservations made less than 21 days prior to departure, documents will be sent immediately upon receipt of full payment and an express delivery fee will apply.  Please check your documents when you receive them. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets or vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

 

Confirmation - It is important to confirm flights with the airline prior to departure. For domestic flights, 24 hours is recommended. For international flights, 72 hours is mandatory. Failure to confirm international flights or to use any portion of the reservation may result in automatic cancellation for all continuing and return flights.  Check-in Requirements: It is important to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure for all domestic flights and 3-4 hours prior to departure for international flights.

 

Documents - A valid Passport will be required for international travel.  For domestic travel, a state-issued picture ID and State-issued Birth Certificate with a raised seal is required.

 

Responsibility - Elegant Liz Travels acts only as an agent for the passenger and cannot be held responsible for services provided by airlines, cruise Lines, hotels or any other supplier.  Elegant Liz Travels can not be held liable for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical failures, climate conditions, criminal acts or any other condition outside  Elegant Liz Travels' control.
